The Head of the Vicksburg congregation is Christ, alone. He is our only leader and His word is our only guideline. However, in accordance with the New Testament pattern, the Vicksburg church of Christ is overseen by a plurality of elders. These men look to the spiritual well-being of the congregation and have been chosen because they have the godly characteristics found in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9.
